In his own words
Hi there! I’m Thomas Corrigan, founder and CEO of Tom’s Yard Services.
Over the past year, I have been mulching, weeding, and watering for my neighbors to get some cash. I’ve been into yard work and landscaping my whole life and have years of experience. I take pride & joy in what I do.
In July of 2026, I spent a day with CMG Landscaping and owner Chase Gallagher, where I learned about running a business, and other things.
In my free time, I like to hang out with my friends and family, go on road trips, read books, bike, and of course, garden!

How a job goes
Straightforward, start to finish.
There is nothing clever about how this works, which is the point. Four steps, and you know the price before anything happens.

You tell me what is bothering you
Call or text and describe the yard. Most people already know the bit that has got away from them — the bed by the front door, the leaves, the shrubs against the windows.
- 02
I come and look at it
In person, free, and with no obligation. Walking the yard is the only way to give a number that means anything, and it means I know what I am walking into.
- 03
We agree the job and the price first
You hear what I will do and what it costs before I start. If it turns out to be bigger than it looked, I come back to you rather than adding it to the bill.
- 04
I do the work and clean up after it
Weeds and clippings bagged and stacked where you want them for pickup, walks and drives swept, gates shut. I have no truck, so I cannot take debris off-site — but nothing gets left scattered either.

I get to jobs on foot, on a bike, or with a lift from a parent, so the service area is deliberately small. Everything below is within a few miles of home.
