Five towns around Chester Springs is what one person can cover honestly. I would rather turn down a yard in the next township over than take it and let someone down.
All five sit on the same Chester County ground: silt loam over Piedmont schist, hardiness zone 7a, heavy deer pressure, and the same run of invasive weeds. What works in one yard here works in the next one.
